Dragon Models 75th US Army Rangers Larry Redeployed Kitbash

Dragon Models "Larry" gets a nice modernized upgrade.

 A shipment of goods had just arrived today from Hong Kong, all thanks to Action Figure 2002.

With most of the things I bought, I was able to complete my kitbash project for DML's 75th US Army Rangers "Larry", codenamed 'Redeployed', which is an upgraded kitbash of the same figure.

The traditional M16A2/M203 combo might seem a tad archaic in the age of tacticool M4 SOPMODs, but I think this nostalgic 'widowmaker' deserves better in 1/6. Give old skool a chance.

Those 40mm grenade pouches came from BBI Terminate 'Scar'. Really wicked.

The backpack is one of my favourite by BBI. On the other hand, there's also the M72 LAW by Hot Toys. This old, Vietnam-era rocket launcher received a new lease of life in Iraq, thanks to its light weight and short length. Ideal for fighting in built-up areas and destroying soft targets or soft fortifications.
